ASE Cloud Services provides SMEs and corporates with a complete workplace as an alternative to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, from €9.18 per month for the environment, online within 15 minutes and cancellable monthly. On top of that, an AI chatbot for customer questions and an AI assistant on your own documents, both hosted within the EU, under European law and with partners that have no US parent company. Ten staff on the base environment cost €25.56 per month; with Microsoft 365 Business Standard that is €121.30. And if you supply public bodies or large clients, we help you demonstrate that your AI use complies with the GDPR and the AI Act.

The Microsoft or Google bill goes up every year
Per user per month, in dollars, with an annual contract and features you do not use. For ten staff you pay €121.30 per month with Microsoft 365 Business Standard and €136.00 with Google Workspace. You get the increase, not the choice.

IRIS AI Chatbot for customer questions
Answers questions on your website based on your own information, 24 hours a day, in Dutch by default and, if you wish, in several languages. When in doubt it refers to email, phone or your contact form; it never makes anything up. Every month you receive a report with the most frequently asked questions, satisfaction scores and the number of customer contacts handled. Live within six weeks.
AI Workspace Assistant
An internal AI assistant that answers questions based on your own documents, quotes and email, within the same sovereign environment. Your data does not leave the EU and is never used to train models.
GAP Assessment and AI Consulting Services
If you supply public bodies or large clients, you are increasingly asked to demonstrate that you use AI responsibly. The ISO/IEC 42001 GAP Assessment gives you that evidence; our AI Consulting Services help with policy, AI literacy and the switch.

The base environment of €9.18 per month is shared by your whole team; beyond that you pay for the shared storage and the components you enable, such as Collabora Office for online documents (€1.83 per user). Microsoft and Google prices are Dutch list prices excl. VAT on an annual contract, as at September 2026. The IRIS AI Chatbot has a one-off configuration fee plus a monthly management fee, depending on channels, integrations and languages; you receive a fixed quote within three working days of the introductory conversation.

Yes. Can my staff simply carry on working with Word and Excel files?
Yes. Files stay in their own format and you edit them in the browser with Collabora Office, together with colleagues in real time. Also on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android through the apps.
How quickly am I online, and what if it is not for me?
Within 15 minutes of payment you receive your login details. There is no minimum term; you cancel monthly at the end of the paid period. Your environment stays available until the end date and you export your data in open formats.
What does the IRIS AI Chatbot cost for an SME?
A one-off configuration fee plus a monthly management fee, depending on the number of channels, integrations and languages. After a 30-minute introductory conversation you receive a fixed quote within three working days. The chatbot is live within six weeks.
What does the chatbot do if it does not know an answer?
It refers to email, phone or your contact form. It never makes up answers and gives no prices or commitments that are not in your own information. Every month the report shows you which questions it could not answer, so you can add to your information.
I supply a municipality or a large client. What do I need to be able to demonstrate?
Clients increasingly ask where your data is, who can access it and how you use AI. With the workplace within the EU, a data processing agreement and our four ISO certificates, you have the first part covered. With an ISO/IEC 42001 GAP Assessment you also demonstrate your AI use. The free assessment shows you where you stand in 5 to 10 minutes.
Do we have to move everything at once?
No. Many companies start with the workplace for one team or with the chatbot on the website, and expand month by month. The environment scales per user and per component.
Where is my data and who can access it?
In a data centre within the European Union, under European law and the GDPR, with partners that have no US parent company. This keeps the risk of access under the US CLOUD Act as low as possible. Access is limited to your own users, with multi-factor authentication, and our administrators for maintenance. Your data is never used to train AI models.
