ASE Cloud Services’ AI Adoption Program
Somewhere in your organization, someone is probably pasting a piece of company data into a free AI tool today. Not out of bad intentions, but because it’s convenient and no one has shown them an alternative. This is known as Shadow AI, and it means you have no control over how AI is being used. That’s why the AI Adoption Program helps your people use AI safely, skillfully, and responsibly, from initial introduction to long-term integration.
Since February 2025, the EU AI Act also requires organizations that use AI to demonstrate AI literacy. With our AI training for employees, you can meet this requirement while building genuine skills instead of simply ticking a compliance box.
Whether you are a government organization, corporate, SME, educational institution, or knowledge organization, the program adapts to where your team is today. The service consists of three complementary components:
AI Inspiration Sessions are designed for organizations that want to understand what AI means for their work and sector. Formats include keynotes, team sessions, and executive briefings. Group size: 10 to 1,000+ participants.
AI Workshops are interactive sessions where teams learn to apply AI in their own work. Hands-on, using real use cases from your organization and immediately applicable in practice. Group size: 6 to 25 participants.
AI Training consists of in-depth programs designed to build lasting AI skills among employees. Topics include AI fundamentals, generative AI in practice, AI for management and strategy, AI governance, and AI security, privacy, and compliance.
What You Get
The sessions deliver, among other things:
- Readiness Assessment. An initial assessment of AI skills within each team, ensuring the program matches where your people actually are.
- Training Curriculum. A structured curriculum with modules and levels tailored to your organization, including a certificate of participation for employees.
- Progress Reporting. Insight into participation and development, plus a final report with concrete recommendations for the next step.
- Governance Agreements. Practical guidelines for enabling your people to work with AI safely and responsibly in the workplace.
You may be thinking: we’ve already sent out an e-learning course, and little of it stuck. That’s exactly why this isn’t a one-off training day. We start with an initial assessment, work with use cases from your own organization, and track progress until what has been learned becomes part of everyday practice. Adoption is a journey, not a session.

What does the AI Adoption Program involve?

What makes your approach to adoption different?
We take a holistic view of people, organisations and technology, keep things practical and applicable, and provide independent advice. The aim is to ensure systematic and responsible use, not merely an introduction.
Does this mean we meet the AI literacy requirement set out in the EU AI Act?
Yes. From February 2025, the EU AI Act requires organisations that use AI to ensure their staff have demonstrable AI literacy. The program is designed with this in mind: you’ll receive a baseline assessment, a curriculum with proof of attendance and a progress report, so that you can demonstrate this too.
