From Shadow AI to control: empowering your people to use AI safely, skillfully, and responsibly.
ASE’s AI Adoption Program helps your employees use AI safely, skillfully, and responsibly, from initial introduction to long-term integration. The program addresses Shadow AI and gives your organization control over how AI is used in practice.
A guided program that teaches your staff and management to work with AI safely, skilfully and responsibly, from the initial introduction through to full-scale implementation.
For both staff and management. We work with public authorities, large organisations, SMEs, the education sector and knowledge-based organisations.
It consists of three complementary components: AI inspiration sessions, hands-on AI workshops featuring use cases from your own organisation, and in-depth AI training courses.
That varies depending on the event. Inspiration sessions range from 10 to 1,000+ participants and take the form of keynote speeches, team sessions or executive briefings. Workshops are smaller, with 6 to 25 participants.
Yes. The workshops are hands-on and draw on use cases from your own organisation, so you can apply what you’ve learnt straight away.
These include, amongst others, AI tools and copilots, prompt engineering, AI workflows and automation, AI adoption and strategy, AI governance and ethics, privacy and security, and the EU AI Act and responsible AI.
For the public sector, corporate organisations, SMEs, the education sector and knowledge-based organisations. We tailor the use cases and examples to your sector, ensuring that the training is immediately relevant and applicable.
We take a holistic view of people, organisations and technology, keep things practical and applicable, and provide independent advice. The aim is to ensure systematic and responsible use, not merely an introduction.
Yes. From February 2025, the EU AI Act requires organisations that use AI to ensure their staff have demonstrable AI literacy. The program is designed with this in mind: you’ll receive a baseline assessment, a curriculum with proof of attendance and a progress report, so that you can demonstrate this too.
